Search service
Once the property is selected, the service will continue under Smart Buy’s success fee model.
It consists of a fixed initial activation fee to cover the costs of legal analysis and file opening, plus a variable portion corresponding to 40% of the documented net savings we achieve on the sale price.
If, after our audit and negotiation, a quantifiable economic discount on the purchase is not achieved, the success fees are 0%. The buyer will only have paid the fixed initial activation fee for the legal protection work performed.
If our team achieves a real and documented reduction under the requested conditions and the buyer decides to withdraw their interest for purely personal reasons, the initial engagement letter provides for proportional and transparent compensation for the services rendered.
Agencies represent the seller, and personal shoppers typically charge commissions indexed to the final sale price (the more expensive your purchase, the more they earn).
